For this project, I had the privilege of collaborating with Dario and Consuelo, beekeepers from Apicoltura Facchinelli, and Federico from Appleblood Cider to create a captivating video for the launch of their new product, Honey mead (alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey with water).

I traveled to the stunning Alps to film the bees at work, producing chestnut honey, capturing the breathtaking chestnut blossom surrounded by majestic mountains. During my visit, I had the opportunity to interview Dario and Consuelo about their beekeeping practices and the unique qualities of their honey.

Later, I traveled to the cider orchards of Federico, where I filmed the final stages of Hydromead’s production, focusing on the bottling process and capturing insightful discussions about its fermentation.

The video showcases the harmony between nature, craftsmanship, and tradition in the making of Hydromead, offering an intimate look at the people and processes behind the product.
